Grape "Grignolino"

The Grignolino is a blue grape variety. The name is traditionally derived from the Piedmontese dialect “grignole” or grape seed.
This reference is a warning of the grape's abundant seed production.
The Grignolino grape is a grape that is widely planted in the Monferrato region, northeast of the town of Asti, and has nice acids that give the wine a good structure.
